on the results of the competitive selection to determine the auditor
to conduct a mandatory audit of financial statements

Private Joint Stock Company "Insurance Company "Misto" (hereinafter referred to as the Company) informs that on December 8, 2022, the Supervisory Board of the Company, authorized by the General Meeting of Shareholders (Minutes dated 30.11.2022 No.1) to select an external (independent) auditor to conduct the audit of the financial statements for the year 2022, has chosen the auditing entity - LLC "AF "AUDITOR-CONSULTANT-LAWYER" (EDRPOU 35531560). This entity is included in the Section "Auditing Entities Entitled to Conduct Mandatory Audit of Financial Statements" of the Register of Auditors and Auditing Entities by the Audit Chamber of Ukraine, registration number 4082.
