In accordance with Clause 14.2 of the VOLUNTARY MEDICAL INSURANCE AGREEMENT (CONTINUOUS HEALTH INSURANCE (JOINING)) Offer No. 108/000267 dated February 12, 2021, we inform you that as of July 21, 2023, this agreement will no longer be accepted (joining applications will not be processed).
