ON WITHDRAWAL OF THE PROPOSAL (OFFER) FOR THE CONCLUSION OF A CONTRACT
VOLUNTARY ACCIDENT INSURANCE (MEMBERSHIP) No. 123/001470

PRIVATE JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "INSURANCE COMPANY "MYSTO" (hereinafter referred to as the "Insurer") announces the withdrawal on August 1, 2022 of the offer to conclude the Voluntary Accident Insurance Agreement (joining) dated August 7, 2020 No. 123/001470 from in full.

Insurance contracts that were concluded on the basis of the offer before the date of its withdrawal remain unchanged and operate under the conditions specified in the concluded insurance contracts.
