New entry rules for Ukrainians to the EU and other countries around the world
Many countries around the world are implementing new travel requirements, including in the EU.
As of February 2024, Ukrainians are allowed to enter any EU country without COVID-19-related restrictions - a negative PCR test and vaccination certificate are not required.
At the beginning of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, EU countries provided free medical insurance to Ukrainians, but now such a policy is paid. Therefore, we recommend having travel insurance, as border guards of European countries may require it. Mandatory insurance is required for entry into Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Montenegro, Cyprus, Lithuania, Germany, Portugal.
The following countries also require travel insurance: Sri Lanka, India, Turkey, Tunisia, Tanzania, Egypt, Seychelles, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Israel. You can get this policy online in 5 minutes using the link.
