Please Note: Travel insurance is valid when purchased both before and after crossing the border. Ukrainian citizens and foreign nationals already abroad may purchase or extend a policy. If purchased while abroad, a deductible applies: multi-trip — 7 days, single-trip — 10 days, group — 1 day. No deductible if purchased before departure. For multi-trip policies, an additional €100 deductible (at the NBU rate on the contract date) applies on the first medical consultation if the insured is already outside Ukraine at the time of purchase. To file a claim, please provide documents confirming the border crossing date: foreign passport with departure stamp, travel tickets (air/train/bus), official certificate from the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, or other relevant documents.
